Checking the implementation of the state program
On June 28, 2018, the staff of the Department of information and analytical work, coordination and planning of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out a routine check of the implementation of the state program «Implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020» in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the audit, the status of the regulatory framework in the area of combating corruption, the functioning of the commission chaired by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan on combating corruption, the commission on observance of the requirements for the conduct of civil servants and the settlement of conflicts of interests were examined.
Also, the procedure for organizing an anti-corruption expert review of draft normative legal acts, filling in the section «Counteracting Corruption» of the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the implementation of other program activities.
