Training seminar for the staff of legal services of the local self-government bodies

On December 19th, 2018, a training seminar on the topic «Municipal norm setting. The conducting of the anti-corruption expertise of municipal normative legal acts. Monitoring of municipal normative legal acts» was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ibyatov M.M. by videoconferencing.

Head of the Division of the Issues of the Normative Legal Acts of Constituent Entity of the Russian Federation and Maintenance of the Federal Register, Maintain a Roster of the Municipalities, Registration and Maintain a Roster of the Statute of the Municipalities of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan Rakhimov R.N., Prosecutor of the Department for Supervision over the Execution of Anti-Corruption Legislation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan Sagitzyanov A.M., Head of the Department for Supervision of Legitimacy of Normative Legal Acts of the Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan Valiakhmetov A.R., Head of Legal Consulting and Methodological Support of Local Authorities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Division Pashkova M.A., Head of the Normative Legal Work in the Field of Local Self-Government and the Maintenance of the Municipal Register Division Garipov R.U. had the reports on this seminar.

The seminar covered the issues of:

- the state registration of the statutes of the municipalities and municipal acts on the changes in the statutes of the municipalities;

- the brought the municipal normative legal acts into conformity with the legislation;

- the conducting of the anti-corruption expertise of municipal normative legal acts;

- the use of the AIS «Codex» by local self-governmental bodies.

In conclusion, Ibyatov M.M. noted the importance of the topic and urged the representatives of local self-governmental bodies to make more active use the AIS «Codex».
