Meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan

On February 14th, 2019, First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Galimov A.G. took part in the forty-fifth meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the fifth convocation.

During the meeting, Galimov A.G. presented to parliamentarians the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On the draft Law «On the article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On contractual terms under the title concerning the implementation of the separate powers of state, transferred to the local self-government bodies by federal laws and laws of the Republic of Tatarstan, for the Head of the Executive Committee of the municipal district (city district)», that is no longer valid».

The bill passed in three readings.
