Seminar/meeting for the staff of legal services of the local self-government bodies
On May 29th, 2019, a seminar/meeting on the topic «Practice in the implementation of the «Analyst of regional legislation» automated information system of the «Code» information system was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ibyatov M.M. by videoconferencing.
Prosecutor of the Department for Supervision over the legality of normative legal acts of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan Valiakhmetov A.R., Deputy Executive Secretary of the Association «The Council of municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan» - Head of the Legal Department Stolyarov S.N. participated in the meeting.
Head of the Normative Legal Work in the Field of Local Self-Government and the Maintenance of the Municipal Register Division Garipov R.U. presented the analysis of the use of the «Analyst of regional legislation» AIS system, sending the municipal normative legal acts to the register by the local self-government for April-May of the current year.
Valiakhmetov A.R. gave a presentation on the reports of procuratorial action against municipal normative legal acts.
Ibyatov M.M. draw attention of the representatives of the local self-government bodies to improve the effectiveness of the use of the «Analyst of regional legislation» AIS system and other issues related to this activity.
