Meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on the rule-making activities of the executive and local self-government bodies
On July 24th, 2019, the meeting of the Collegium «On standard-setting activities of the executive and local self-governments bodies: problems and solutions» was held under the leadership of Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Zagidullin R.I. by videoconferencing.
Representatives of the State Legal Department of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, territorial bodies of federal executive bodies, legal services of the executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan, members of the collegium of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of departments and the staff of the Ministry participated in the meeting of the Collegium, officials of the local self-government bodies of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan were connected by the videoconferencing.
The reports were made by First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Galimov A.G. «On rule-making activities of the executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan» and Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ibyatov M.M. «On interaction of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan with the local self-government bodies on law-making activities».
The issues of ensuring legislative work of the Government of the Republic, coordinating regulatory activities and state registration of regulatory legal acts of the executive authorities of the republic, organizing and maintaining a register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, providing legal support for the activities of local governments and others were discussed in the meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry.
In addition, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Committee on Legality and Law and Order Yagudin S.S. and Head of the Department for Supervision over the Legality of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Office for Supervision of the Implementation of Federal Legislation of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Tatarstan Valiakhmetov A.R. made the reports.
Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Zagidullin R.I. presented departmental awards to some employees of the local self-government bodies and executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan at the end of the meeting of the Collegium and thanked the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan and other bodies for the fruitful joint work.
A training seminar was held, during which issues of anti-corruption expertise of draft regulatory legal acts, legal and technical drafting of regulatory legal acts were reviewed.
