Round table “Legal literacy of peoples as a basis of civil society”
On February 10th, 2020, meeting with representatives of Legal clinics and centers working on the base of higher education organizations on “Legal literacy of peoples as a basis of civil society” was held in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the format of round table. Head of the Department of organization of rendering of free legal aid and planning of the Ministry Ilfat Mingalimov took part in the meeting and told about work of the Ministry in organization of rendering of free legal aid and legal education in the Republic.
President of the “Students League of the Republic of Tatarstan” Rufat Kiyamov and representatives of Legal clinics reported within the meeting and told about legal literacy and legal education of youth.
Questions on organization of interaction and exchanges of experience of Legal clinics and centers working on the base of higher education organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan, on forming of mechanisms of legal literacy of youth increasing and creating of active civil position by legal education of students were discussed within the meeting.
