Passing of standards of RLD

On 9th of September 2017 at the stadium "Burevestnik" took place passing the standards of contests (tests) of the All-Russia physical culture and sports complex "Ready for labor and defense" by the employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The participants passed the following standards: pulling the hang on a high crossbar, inclinations forward from a standing position with straight legs on a gymnastic bench, a long jump from the seat, flexing and extending the arms in an upright lying position, pulling up from a fence lying on a low crossbar, throwing a sports projectile, giri, lifting the trunk from the supine position on the back, running for 100 m, running for 2 and 3 km. Assessment of compliance with the standards of the RLD complex was carried out by a qualified brigade of judges of the Volga state academy of physical culture, sports and tourism, headed by Pokaninov  Valery.
