Seminar-session on carrying out anti-corruption expertise

On 15th of September 2017 deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov took part in seminar-session in a mode of videoconference on question of ensuring and conducting of anti-corruption expertise, including that carried out by independent experts and also public discussion of normative legal acts and draft normative legal acts.

The event was organized by the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on questions of anti-corruption policy, the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Department of the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation on the Republic of Tatarstan.

In his opening remarks, the head of the sector of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption policy S. F. Rakhimov, outlined the importance of anti-corruption expertise conducted by independent experts.

In his report, deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M. M.Ibyatov noted that on 21st of August 2017 the second republican competition of experts on conducting independent anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and draft normative legal acts was announced on the official website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. The results of the competition will be traditionally summed up in the framework of events timed to the International day of counteraction of corruption.

At the seminar-meeting took part the head of the sector for monitoring the legislation and anti-corruption expertise of the legal department of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan E.R. Ishmaeva, the prosecutor of the department  of supervision over the execution of legislation on counteraction of corruption of the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan M.T. Shrsh, the deputy executive secretary of the Association "Council of municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan "- head of the legal department S.Stolyarov and also officials responsible for conducting anti-corruption expertise in local self-government bodies, legal entities and individuals accredited as independent experts in carrying out anti-corruption expertise in the Republic of Tatarstan
