Amendments have been made to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on municipal service.
On July 25, 2018, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 50-ZRT of July 13, 2018 "On Amending Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On the State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan "and the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on Municipal Service came into force" (hereinafter - the Law) .
The Law reduces the requirements for length of service required to replace the posts of the municipal service.
The new version sets forth article 34.1. Of the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on municipal service, which regulates the training of personnel for the municipal service on a contractual basis. The procedure for the formation and work of the commission for holding tenders for the conclusion of contracts on targeted training has been clarified, criteria for assessing and selecting candidates for contracting have been established.
The adoption of the Law requires amendments to the municipal legal acts governing the passage of municipal service and to job descriptions of municipal employees.
The Law was published on the Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic of Tatarstan on July 14, 2018.
