New in the legislation on local self-government

The Law of No. 72-3RT of October 13th, 2018, «Changes in the article 32.1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan».

The list of reasons for exclusion from the list of citizens who has three or more children who compete a free obtain land for an individual residential construction, a countryside houses building, a private subsidiary economy (household plots), horticulture or gardening, by the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «Changes in the article 32.1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan» (hereinafter - the Law).

The adoption of this law requires an amendment into the municipal laws and regulations which regulate matters regarding a providing the land owned by Municipalities, for citizens who has three or more children.

The law was published in the October 15th, 2018, on the official portal of legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan and shall come into force 10 days after his official publication.
