Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Zagidullin R.I. participated in the opening of «Personnel centre» competition

On October 29th, 2018, the first day of «Personnel centre» competition - the project of the Tatarstan regional branch of the All-Russian public organization «Association of lawyers of Russia» was in Conference hall of the «Kazan Racetrack».

Chairman of Regional Office of Tatarstan «Law Society of Russia» Khalikov I.S., Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Zagidullin R.I., Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Khairullin M.M., General Director of JSC «BTI» Khamzina L.I. and managing partner «ANP Zenit» Kuzovkov V.V. had made statements during the plenary session as honored guests and mentors of the competition.

Assistance at the employment of candidates and perspective members of «Association of lawyers of Russia» - winners of the competition, who have a high level of  knowledge of law, practical skills used in professional activities, as well as competence development are the objective of the «Personnel centre» project.

Students of the Kazan (Privolzhsky) Federal University, All-Russian State University of Justice, Russian State University of Law, «TISBI» Management University, Kazan Innovative University named after V. G. Timiryasov and Academy of Social Education (KSUI) became participants of project.

Participants have been tested on knowledge of foundations of the different branches of legislation of the Russian Federation, history of State and Law, logic and erudition, undertook an assignment to Evaluation of evidence according to the gist of the cases on their relevance and admissibility, for the first qualifying day of Competition. Such mentors of the competition have also offered master-classes for participants.

Participation of competitors were scheduled to attend the management games for the second day of«Personnel centre» project. The leadership, public-speaking skills, systems thinking, professional qualities and teamworking skills will be assessed during those games.
