The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan completed the training of municipal employees
On 10 and 11 December, 2018, the traineeship of municipal employees of legal services from Almetyevsky, Baltasinsky, Leninogorsky, Kaybizky municipal districts was held in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The staff of structural subdivisions of the Ministry - task managers for the areas of the internship program conducted practical classes on the topics:
- implementation of the transferred state powers by municipalities;
- change in borders of municipalities and formation of settlements;
- municipal register of municipal normative legal acts;
- legal and institutional frameworks for conducting of the anti-corruption expertise of municipal normative legal acts and drafts of municipal normative legal acts, organization of account of the anti-corruption expertise’s outcome and its publication on the official websites of municipalities;
- state program «Realisation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020»;
- legal issues of personnel administration in the local self-government bodies.
The round table was held with discussion of problematic issues and exchange of experience at the end of the program.
Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Zagidullin R.I., Deputy Ministerof Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ibyatov M.M., Deputy Director of the Higher School of State and Municipal Management of the KFU Aksenova N.A., Head of the educational programs of the Higher School of State and Municipal Management of the KFU Khabibullina G.A. took part in the closing of the internship program.
The municipal employees received certificates of a standard pattern at the end of the internship.
