Seminar for the secretary of the administrative commission was held
On December 13th, 2018, a seminar entitled «On information provided regarding the administrative commissions’ and officials’ activities authorized to build protocols of administrative penalty» took place by videoconferencing under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ibyatov M.M.
Report Forms on the administrative commissions’ and officials’ of the local self-government bodies activities authorized to build protocols of administrative penalty amended in response by the empowerment of the officials of the municipal areas and city districts under paragraph 2, article 2.15, as well as the specifying the persons accused of administrative offences by order No.3171-p of 27 November 2018 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. These modifications would enable to more objectively analyze the momentum of the business enterprises involvement to administrative liability, penalties in terms of warnings and fines applied to them.
The seminar was terminated by an explanation to the executive secretary of the administrative commission of completing new exception reports.
