Meeting of the Commission on anti-corruption under the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan
On December 17th, 2018, a meeting of the Commission on anti-corruption under the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held.
The following issues were considered at the meeting of the Commission:
results of monitoring of the information about corrupt practices in the activities of officials of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan from the appeals by citizens and legal entities which has been published in the mass media, on the Internet;
results of the sociological research entitled «Public opinion survey on corruption assessment in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan» conducted by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2018;
results of the sociological research entitled «Public opinion survey on corruption assessment in the Magistrates’ Office of the Republic of Tatarstan» conducted by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2018;
issues of providing public services on permits to operate official titles of the Republic of Tatarstan in titles of a legal entity's in 2018;
issues of providing public services on holding of public events in the territory of a number of municipal districts, city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2018;
issues of providing public services on obtain an excerpt from the Register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2018;
issues of implementation of anti-corruption legislation in the course of supervising the implementation of the transferred state powers by the local self-government bodies;
issues of providing public services on obtain an excerpt from the Register of the administrative territorial units and localities of the Republic of Tatarstan or statement concerning the unavailability of the requested information;
results of the financial internal control and audit the effective utilization for the intended purposes of budgetary resources;
results of audits undertaken by public financial control bodies.
The results of implementation of the work plan of the Commission by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on counteracting corruption for 2018 have been summed-up, the draft work plan for 2019 has been considered.
