Meeting of the Committee on ecology, environment, agro-industries and food policy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan
On February 7th, 2019, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ibyatov M.M. participated in the meeting of the Committee on ecology, environment, agro-industries and food policy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The issues of the realization of Federal Law «On citizens’ gardening andhorticulture farming for own use and on amendments in certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation», which entered into force on January 1st, 2019. Ibyatov M.M. actively participated in the discussion with a report where any legal assessment of the offers on amendments in the above-mentioned Federal Act was given.
The issues and proposals that arose during the meeting will be used in the work of the Committee on ecology, environment, agro-industries and food policy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the line ministries of the Republic.
