Meeting of the Commission under the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption
On March 27th, 2019, a meeting of the Commission under the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption under the leadership of Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Zagidullin R.I. was held.
The following issues were considered at the meeting of the Commission:
report on the activities in the area of anti-corruption work in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2018;
issues on the providing of the expertise of municipal normative legal acts and draft of municipal normative legal acts by the end of 2018;
results of the assignment of public orders for the needs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2018. The implementation of indicators of state targets to management, in terms of measuring organizational performance of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, in government procurement;
results of conducted on-site audits in the framework of performance monitoring the implementation of the state program «Implementing the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2021» in 2018;
results of monitoring compliance with the Uniform Requirements for the hosting and filling of sections of official websites of the executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan and local governments of municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Internet on anti-corruption issues in 2017.
Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Zagidullin R.I., Leading Consultant of the Personnel and Civil Service Division, the control officer for the work on the prevention of corruption and other offenses, Secretary of the Commission Suleimanov M.D., Deputy Head of the Legal Expertise and Norm-Setting Activity Daminova G.R., Head of the Registration of Normative Legal Acts and Legal Support for the Activity of the Ministry Division Slepneva E.I., Head of the Territorial Organization and Control in the Field of Local Self-Government Division Kasymova G.I., , Head of the Organization of Rendering of Free Legal Aid and Planning Division of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Lokhotskoy A.V. participated in the meeting with the reports.
