Legal assistance in the administrative law

On June 27th, 2019, employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out a visit to the Kaibitsky municipal district in order of monitoring the implementation of certain state powers.

The results of the activities of officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative violations and the district administrative commission, including with the participation of bailiffs for the collection of fines imposed, were studied.

Specialists of local self-governments provided the necessary legal assistance in matters of administrative practice and clarification of the procedure for the application of administrative legislation.
