Meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs
On July 5th, 2019, a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs was held in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Galimov A.G.
The following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan are approved in the meeting of the Expert Council:
1) «On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On adopting a Strategy on developing the fuel and power complex of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period up to 2030»;
2) «On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On realization of the rights of citizens to providing housing units of the public housing stock of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal housing stock under social rental agreements»;
3) «On amendments to the article 33.3 of the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan».
