Video reception of the employees of the local self-government bodies
On August 28th, 2019, a reception of employees of local self-government bodies on the topic "Rental of property owned by the municipal property" was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice Muharryam Ibyatov by videoconferencing.
The event was attended by Chairman of the judicial membership on civil cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Khisamov, Head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Zulfat Galyautdinov, Head of the Department of Electronic Trade Resources and Information Security of the Agency for State Procurement of the Republic of Tatarstan Mikhail Golovanov, Head of the division for lease, sale of state property and investment projects of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Aminov, Head of the division for legal advisory and methodological support of local self-government bodies of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Maya Pashkova, Deputy Head of the Division for legal support of localself-government bodies and normative activity of the apparatus of the "Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan" Association Farit Khamatov.
The issues related to the timing and procedure for concluding leases of movable and immovable property were raised, the features of concluding leases of premises and land, as well as the process of calculating rents and methods for paying them off, were considered during the video reception.
