Training seminar for employees of the local self-government bodies
On October 2nd , 2019, a training seminar on the topic “Territorial organization of the local self-government bodies” was held in the Ministry of Justice by videoconferencing with all districts of the republic.
The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov, head of the constitutional law department of the Office of Council of State legal department Liana Ibragimova, head of the geodesy and cartography department of the Dimensional data fond of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Kandalintsev and head of the territorial organization and control of the local self-government bodies department Gulnara Kasymova.
Within the seminar program actual questions of change in boarders of municipal bodies procedure, territorial organization of the local self-government bodies and territorial planning were noted, in particular preparing of cartographic materials and descriptive part of boarders of municipal bodies to draft law, also procedure of localities names changing was presented.
In the completion Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov addressed with closing remarks, noted importance and actuality of this theme for the sphere of the local self-government.
