Seminar-meeting with representatives of executive government authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan on “Work in the informational system “Free legal aid”
On February 7th, 2020, by the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice Ainur Galimov seminar-meeting with representatives of executive government authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan on “Work in the informational system “Free legal aid” was held.
According to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan on November 2nd, 2012 Number 73-ЗРТ “On regarding free legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan” executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and their subordinate institutions are participants of government system of free legal aid.
Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on 22.10.2019 Number 953 approves the Regulation on informational system “Free legal aid”. The main goals of the informational system are: forming the citizens register who got free legal aid, treatments of citizens forming of interdepartmental requests for the confirmation of citizens’ status and forming the statistic reporting.
Ainur Galimov delivered opening remarks and told about work of the Ministry in the regarding of free legal aid on the Republic.
Deputy Head of the Department of organization of free legal aid and planning of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ksenya Martochkina made a report within the meeting.
Participants of the meeting got methodical support in part of filling of the informational system.
