Meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdependental Coordinating Committee on legal affairs
On February 27th, 2020, First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ainur Galimov held a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdependental Coordinating Committee on legal affairs.
Following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan were approved within the Meeting:
«On devolution of local self-government bodies of municipal and city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan of powers of the Russian Federation on preparing and holding of the All-Russian population census in 2020”;
“On changes into the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On establishment of judicial precincts and positions of Magistrates in the Republic of Tatarstan” and in the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On borders of judge precincts of Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan on judicial districts of the Republic of Tatarstan in Kazan”.
