Personal receptions of citizens are paused on the trials of the Magistrates of the Republic till the 30th of April, 2020
In connection with the risk of the spreading of the coronovirus infection Order of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan on 8th April, 2020, Number 821 paused personal receptions of citizens on the trials of the Magistrates of the Republic till the 30th of April, 2020, and limited the access for visitors who aren’t participants of the trial.
There is exception for the urgent cases. These are cases on selection, prolonging, abolition and changing the measure of suppression, on protection of interests of minors and disabled people in case of refusal of the legal representative to medical intervention needed for the surviving the life; on administrative offenses by parts 3-5 of the Article 29.6 of the Code of administrative offenses; on the gross disciplinary offenses with the application to the military personnel of disciplinary arrest; enforcement of a claim; cases heard by the clerical and summary proceedings.
On the period of restrictions citizens should apply documents to the court via the Post Office.
