Meeting on AIS "Analyst of regional legislation"
The Deputy Minister of justice Muharram Ibatov held a seminar-meeting in videoconference mode on the topics: "Practice of using the automated information system" Analyst of regional legislation "of the information system "code"; "on the performance by local self-government bodies of state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to collect information from settlements that are part of a municipal district, necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, for 9 months of 2020".
The event was attended by the head of Department on supervision of legality of normative legal acts of the Department for supervision over execution of Federal legislation of the Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Valiakhmetov, chief specialist of the legal Department of the Association "Council of municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan" Anastasia Ahmetvaliev.
Head of Department of normative legal work in the sphere of local self-government and management of the municipal register Rauf Garipov has summed up work for 9 months of the current year on the application of the local governments AIS "Analyst of regional legislation", as well as performance by local governments of state powers to gather information from residential settlements within the municipal district that is required to the municipal register of normative legal acts of the Republic.
In the process, reports were heard from representatives of Almetyevsk, Laishevsky, Mamadysh, Muslyumovsky, Novosheshminsky districts.
As a result of the event, the responsible persons were given recommendations on the use of the "Code" information system in rule-making and effective execution of the transferred state powers.
