New legislation on local self-government

On January 1, 2021, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 80-ZRT of November 27, 2020 "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the introduction of a patent tax system in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan" (hereinafter – Law No. 80-ZRT) comes into force.
The law expands the list of types of business activity, in applying the patent system of taxation as specified in Annex № 1 to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 29 November 2012 № 65-ZRT "About introduction in territory of Republic Tatarstan of the patent system of taxation".
Law No. 80-ZRT was published on the Official portal of legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan on November 27, 2020.
