Meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission
On March 19, 2021, a meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission under the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan will be held.
The following issues will be considered at the meeting of the Commission:
1. On anti-corruption activities in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2020.
2. On the anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts based on the results of 2020.
3. On the results of the placement of the state order for the needs of the Ministry in 2020 and the performance of the indicators of the state task for management in terms of evaluating the effectiveness of the Ministry's activities in the implementation of public procurement.
4. On the results of on-site inspections in the framework of monitoring the implementation of the state program "Implementation of the Anti-Corruption Policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2023", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 19.07.2014 No. 512.
5. On the results of monitoring compliance with the Unified Requirements for the Placement and Content of sections of the official websites of the executive bodies of state Power of the Republic of Tatarstan and Local Self-government bodies on the Internet on anti-corruption issues by the end of 2020.
6. On the information of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan on the results of work in 2020.
7. On the information of the Committee on Socio-Economic Monitoring of the Republic of Tatarstan.
8. On the novelties of anti-corruption legislation.
