Meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission
Today, a meeting of the Commission under the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on Combating Corruption was held under the chairmanship of the Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin.
The following speakers addressed the meeting of the Commission: leading consultant of the Personnel and Civil Service Department, responsible for the prevention of corruption and other offenses, Secretary of the Commission Konstantin Arslanov, Head of the Legal Expertise and rule-making department Natalia Kazantseva, Head of the Department of Registration of Normative Legal Acts Elmira Slepneva, Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the field of local self-government Gulnara Kasymova, Deputy Head of the Department for Ensuring the activities of Magistrates Nail Gabidullina, Head of the Financial Department Nail Gizyatullova, Head of the Department for Organizing the Provision of Free Legal Assistance and Planning Ilfat Mingalimov.
During the meeting, the following issues were considered:
1. On anti-corruption activities in the Ministry of Justice in 2020.
2.On the anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts based on the results of 2020.
3.About the measures taken in the Ministry to ensure compliance with the law when using the budget funds and property of the Ministry for the purpose of combating corruption.
4.On the results of the placement of the state order for the needs of the Ministry in 2020 and the performance of the indicators of the state task for management in terms of evaluating the effectiveness of the Ministry's activities in the implementation of public procurement.
5.The results of the site inspections under control the execution of events of state program "The Implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 – 2023" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 19.07.2014 No. 512.
6.The results of monitoring compliance with the common requirements to placement and filling sections of the official websites of the Executive bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan and local governments in the network "Internet" on combating corruption by the end of 2020.
7.About information of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan on the results of work in 2020.
8.About the novelties of anti-corruption legislation.
