The definition of the concept of "subsistence minimum" and the procedure for determining the value of the subsistence minimum per capita and for the main socio-demographic groups of the population in the republic have been adjusted taking into account Federal Law No. 134-FZ of October 24, 1997 "On the Subsistence minimum in the Russian Federation".

In addition, from 2021, the value of the subsistence minimum per capita and for the main socio-demographic groups of the population will be approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan not quarterly, but annually.

This Law of the Republic of Tatarstan was published on the Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic of Tatarstan on April 5, 2021.
