New legislation
On April 19, 2021, the Laws of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 21-ZRT of April 8, 2021 "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Granting Local Self-Government Bodies of Municipal Districts and Urban Districts State Powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to Provide Services to Persons in Specialized Institutions" came into Force, those who are in public places in a state of alcoholic intoxication and have lost the ability to move independently or navigate in the surrounding environment" and of April 8, 2021 No. 22-ZRT " On Amendments to Article 112 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the Regulation of Issues in the field of Public Health protection in the Republic of Tatarstan".
The amendments are aimed at regulating the procedure for providing assistance to persons who are in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other toxic intoxication in specialized organizations that are created in the form of a state or municipal institution.
Laws of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 21-ZRT and 22-ZRT were published on the Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic of Tatarstan on April 8, 2021.
