Changes in the Land legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan
On July 27, 2021, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 54-ZRT dated July 16, 2021 "On Amendments to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan" (hereinafter – Law No. 54-ZRT) came into force.
The Law No. 54-ZRT establishes the possibility of providing land plots for rent without bidding for the placement of recreation and recreation facilities in the field of ecological tourism. Such objects also include hotels or other accommodation facilities, sanatorium-resort treatment and recreation facilities, tourist bases, campsites, stationary or tent tourist and health camps, tourist parks, ski complexes, educational and tourist trails, trails.
In accordance with paragraph 1 of the Annex to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 1736 of July 10, 1998, these objects must comply with the priorities and goals defined in the strategic planning documents.
