Meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues
A meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues was held at the site of the Ministry of Justice under the chairmanship of First Deputy Minister of Justice Ainur Galimov.
The following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan were considered at the meeting:
- on the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On granting local self-government bodies of municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan with separate state powers in the field of ensuring equal accessibility of public transport services on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan for certain categories of citizens "(developed by the Ministry of Transport and Road Management of the Republic of Tatarstan);
- on the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Investment Activity in the Republic of Tatarstan "(developed by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan);
- on the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the Property Tax of Organizations "(developed by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan).
