Meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues
On November 25, 2022, a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ainur Galimov.
At the meeting, following the discussion, the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On amendments to Articles 7 and 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On verifying the reliability and completeness of information provided by citizens applying for municipal positions, the position of head of local Administration under contract, and persons filling municipal positions, the position of head of local Administration under contract" was approved.
The draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On regulation of certain issues in the field of accounting of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan, management and disposal of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan", taking into account the comments received on it, has been sent for revision.
