A field visit to Bugulma District
The employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an on-site event to study the execution by the local self-government authorities of Bugulma district of the state authority to collect information from the settlements within the municipal district, necessary to maintain the register of municipal legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the event the employees of the personnel service of Bugulma municipal district were provided with legal assistance on the implementation of the State Program "Development of Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and Municipal Service in the Republic of Tatarstan".
Problematic issues were discussed with responsible officials of local self-government authorities, and recommendations were given in order to improve the efficiency of work in the execution of state powers.
