Seminar-meeting for heads of rural settlements in Rybnaya Sloboda

On May 31 in Rybnaya Sloboda township a cluster seminar-meeting for the heads of rural settlements was held which completes the annual cycle.

Deputy Minister Mukharyam Ibyatov traditionally attended the meeting and discussed with the heads of settlements the most important legal issues in the field of rule-making, implementation of property rights of municipalities, in particular, the problems of disposal of ownerless and escheat property and others.
