Video reception of heads of rural settlements within the Chistopolsky Municipal Area was held
Today the Ministry held a video reception of heads of rural settlements of Chistopolsky municipal district of the Republic.
The event was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov.
The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Chistopolsky Municipal District Konstantin Ivanov, heads of rural settlements within the Chistopolsky Municipal District, as well as employees of the Ministry.
Albert Kamalutdinov, Leading Counselor of the Department of Legal Advisory and Methodological Support of Local Self-Government Bodies, informed the participants about the most significant changes in legislation, in particular, those related to social protection of certain categories of citizens, property, land, town planning, housing issues, as well as in other areas of interest to municipal bodies.
Raliya Garifullina, Head of the Department for Regulatory Legal Work in the Sphere of Local Self-Government and Maintenance of the Municipal Register, told about the work of local self-government bodies of Chistopolsky Raion in terms of sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them into compliance with the legislation.
Gulnara Kasymova, Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Sphere of Local Self-Government, touched upon the implementation of delegated state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, claims of non-property nature and execution of court decisions.
