The Deputy Minister spoke about the possibilities of the service "Electronic Queue", through which you can go to the court station at a convenient time for the visitor. Through the "Electronic queue" you can sign up for the following services: familiarization with the case materials, issuance of a judicial act and a judicial act with a mark of entry into legal force, obtaining a writ of execution or documents from the archives. She explained how to sign up: "You need to go to the portal of state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan, go to the "Justice Online" tab, choose which justice of the peace you want to sign up to and indicate the purpose of your visit."
Summarizing, the deputy minister noted that the introduction of modern technologies is carried out within the framework of the state program "On Approval of the State Program of the Russian Federation "Information Society", and is primarily aimed at ensuring access to justice for the residents of Tatarstan.
Acting Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Eduard Kaminsky noted that in the Republic of Tatarstan e-justice is at a high level and is an example for other regions.
"Colleagues from other regions come to us to exchange experience, but, as a rule, we exchange our experience and they acquire it. E-justice at the level at which it is now in the republic is rarely available anywhere. For example, the creation of cases in electronic form practically does not exist in any region yet, while we have already implemented it quite successfully," he emphasized.
Eduard Kaminsky also reminded that at the 47th session of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan elected new justices of the peace, two of whom are without term limits and five people elected for the first time.
"The replenishment of the judicial corps is happening, we are following it. We try to make appointments as soon as possible. We try not to allow you to work to exhaustion," said Eduard Stanislavovich.
