Rustem Zagidullin: "Thanks to the Vprave.RF portal, more than 1300 residents of Tatarstan have received free legal assistance"

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was visited by Daria Krinichnaya, Deputy Head of the Digital Transformation Project Management Department of the Scientific Center for Legal Information under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

Recall that Tatarstan was selected as one of the 10 regions in which the state platform of free legal aid "Vprave.RF" was launched in test mode.

Darya Krinichnaya noted that Tatarstan has traditionally been a region - a leader in the implementation of digital solutions, its experience was actively used in the development of the federal portal.

During the working meeting, the issues of organizing work with the Vprave.RF portal in the republic, improving the operation of the information system and its development prospects were discussed.

"More than 350 thousand people have the right to free legal assistance in our republic. The portal is of great importance for legal education of the population and is a modern and effective system of providing free legal assistance in Tatarstan," said Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin. - Since the beginning of the year the State Legal Bureau of Tatarstan has provided assistance to more than 1300 citizens through the system. I am sure that there is a considerable potential for further increase in the number of citizens realizing their right to receive guaranteed qualified free legal assistance".

Through the portal citizens can quickly find comprehensive information on how and where to get free legal assistance in various life situations. For the convenience of users on the portal, life situations and frequently asked questions are grouped into categories. Having chosen the necessary category and having found in it a description of the problem to be solved, the citizen receives a step-by-step instruction, which describes all the necessary actions of the citizen to resolve his situation.

The legal framework used by the portal is constantly updated, and due to this the completeness and reliability of the information provided is achieved. In total, there are 17 such categories. Each has from one to three specific issues. Among the topics covered are disability, real estate, inheritance, benefits/benefits/benefits, pensions, employment, health care, consumer protection and some others. A simple and clear design will allow a citizen to quickly navigate through the structure of the site

In addition, for the most rapid and open interaction between the population and providers of free legal aid, all specialists are collected in a centralized and verified database, which is displayed on an interactive map. When selecting a particular organization to which a citizen wants to apply for free legal aid, detailed information about its working hours, address and contact details is available. On the page of the provider/organization a citizen can also make an appointment online.

It is important to note that the provision of free legal aid is in line with the objectives of the national project "Demography" in terms of preserving people's well-being.
