Today in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan the XV meeting of the Public Council of the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "Center for Public Procedures "Business against Corruption" was held. Ainur Galimov, First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the meeting.
Council members and business representatives discussed two issues. One of them was the appeal of Vyacheslav Miller, Director of Food-Service LLC, with proposals for solving the problem of staffing.
The applicant pointed out that many entrepreneurs today face the problem of search and selection of personnel. "The situation with staffing today is critical. Even if entrepreneurs would like to open new enterprises, develop and scale their business, but they cannot do it, because it is impossible to recruit employees for this," he said. Vyacheslav Miller said that together with a group of colleagues they have formed a number of proposals that would make it easier to find and recruit new employees.
First Deputy Minister Ainur Galimov took part in a detailed discussion of the situation and noted that legislative initiatives to solve this problem require careful consideration.
"Your proposals deserve attention, but require legal assessment. If there are drafts of normative legal acts aimed at the realization of your proposals, the Ministry of Justice will ensure their consideration," Ainur Galimov said.
Following the discussion of the topic, it was proposed to form a working group to develop specific proposals.
