In order to simplify the interaction of citizens with the courts, the Ministry is digitizing the justice of the peace. Much work has already been done in this direction. Citizens and legal entities have been able to apply to justices of the peace electronically. The results of work to ensure the activities of justices of the peace in 2023 were discussed at the board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The meeting was attended by Acting Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Eduard Kaminsky, Chairman of the Council of Judges of the Republic of Tatarstan Aidar Galiakberov, Head of the Main Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Republic of Tatarstan - Chief Bailiff of the Republic of Tatarstan Anvar Zakirov, Head of the State Legal Department of the Raisa of the Republic of Tatarstan Larisa Glukhova, members of the board, as well as chairmen of district courts, justices of the peace and heads of structural subdivisions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
"Electronic justice has been launched at all court sites of justices of the peace"
Speaking with the report, Deputy Minister of Justice Nadezhda Ragozina said that the residents of Tatarstan have received the opportunity to send documents to the court sites online. All justices of the peace in the republic have started accepting statements of claim, petitions and other procedural documents in electronic form. Since the introduction of the service, 34,661 electronic cases have been formed at court sites.
"In addition, we carry out a large comprehensive work on electronic interaction with bailiffs of Tatarstan. For 9 months of this year, more than 63 thousand documents were sent to bailiffs in electronic form", - said the Deputy Minister.
"Tatarstan citizens can sign up to a justice of the peace online"
The Deputy Minister told about the possibilities of the service "Electronic queue", with the help of which it is possible to apply to the court station at a convenient time for the visitor. Through the "Electronic queue" you can sign up for the following services: familiarization with the case materials, issuance of a judicial act and a judicial act with a mark of entry into force, obtaining a writ of execution or documents from the archives. The service has been working since April 3 and to date 93 people have used the service.
"The Ministry continues to work on capital and current repairs in the buildings of judicial precincts"
Every year within the framework of the state subprogram "Development of the institute of world justice in the Republic of Tatarstan" The Ministry carries out capital and current repairs in the buildings of judicial precincts of justices of the peace. Since the implementation of the subprogram, capital repairs have been carried out in 35 buildings of justices of the peace, current repairs - in 66.
The following works are carried out at the facilities: organization of the archive room, replacement of windows, doors, repair of internal communications, internal general construction works. In order to ensure efficient case processing and create comfortable conditions for the administration of justice, the Ministry is purchasing new office equipment and furniture, updating information stands and other equipment necessary for daily work.
In addition, the Ministry of Justice pays great attention to the issue of accessibility of magistrates' buildings for persons with reduced mobility. Work is actively under way to install ramps and call buttons at all judicial precincts of justices of the peace.
Acting Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic Eduard Kaminsky noted in his introduction that the correct attitude of justices of the peace and their staff is especially important for court visitors.
Anvar Zakirov, Head of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Republic of Tatarstan - Chief Bailiff of the Republic of Tatarstan, made a report on the effective interaction between the Ministry of Justice and bailiffs, within the framework of which joint projects are being implemented, including security at the court stations of justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan.
All court stations are guarded by the staff of the General Directorate. To date, one hundred percent provision of court buildings with technical means of protection has been achieved. Anvar Zakirov noted that for 9 months of the current year the bailiffs have revealed 470 prohibited to carry items dangerous for others, including 13 units of gas traumatic weapons, 16 units of electroshock devices.
