Topical issues of digital transformation in the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed at the meeting in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan
First Deputy Minister of Justice Ainur Galimov took part in the meeting of the working group on the implementation of digital transformation projects of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The working group ensures the development and implementation of a unified state policy in the direction of digital transformation and successful implementation of the national project "Digital Economy" initiated by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan implements digital transformation projects in the field of global justice, rule-making and free legal aid.
The introduction of modern information technologies is aimed at ensuring openness and transparency of justice, at optimizing the time of consideration of cases, at improving the quality and efficiency of the work of justices of the peace and their apparatuses, as well as at creating conditions for convenient and quick access to justice for all citizens.
It should be reminded that the "Internet portal of justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan" has introduced a service allowing to submit statements of claim and complaints to justices of the peace in electronic form. It should be noted that the service eliminates the need to visit court stations to submit documents to justices of the peace, reduces time and labor costs.
To submit an application you need to:
-open "Personal cabinet" on the portal of justices of the peace
-select "Submit a procedural document", the method of application and fill in the data
-select the district of the justice of the peace, the type of proceedings and other data
-select the type of electronic document and send it to the court
