Meeting on enforcement of non-property claims
Under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov, a meeting was held in videoconference mode on monitoring of non-property claims and execution of court decisions, debtors of which are public authorities, state and municipal institutions.
Gulnara Kasymova, head of the department for territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government made a report on the results of work for 9 months of the current year.
Deputy Minister heard reports of responsible persons of the Ministry of Education and Science of RT, Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT, Ministry of Transport and Roads of RT, Ministry of Forestry of RT, Tyulyachinsk municipal district of RT. Attention was drawn to the need to provide reliable information on the registers to be filled and responsible attitude to the tasks. The results of joint work, including in cooperation with the bailiff service, were voiced.
Further ways of interaction with local self-government authorities and executive authorities in this area were outlined.
