The Ministry of Justice held a video reception for the heads of rural settlements of Menzelinsky district of the republic
In accordance with the approved schedule of the State Program "Development of State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and Municipal Service in the Republic of Tatarstan", the Ministry holds video receptions of heads of rural settlements. From June 2021 to August 2023, the events were held in all 872 rural settlements of the Republic and a new cycle of video receptions has begun.
Today under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov a video reception of heads of rural settlements of Menzelinsky municipal district of the republic was held.
The event was attended by Deputy Head of Menzelinsky municipal district Nail Khisambeyev, head of the legal sector of the organizational department of the Council of Menzelinsky municipal district Antonina Petrova, heads of rural settlements that are part of Menzelinsky municipal district, as well as employees of the Ministry.
Maya Pashkova, Head of the Department of Legal Advisory and Methodological Support of Local Self-Government Authorities, informed the participants about the most significant changes in legislation. In addition, the questions received from settlements as part of the preparation of a new cycle of video receptions were answered.
Head of the Department of normative legal work in the sphere of local self-government and maintenance of the municipal register Raliya Garifullina informed about the situation in terms of sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them in compliance with the legislation, as well as the publication of acts on the official portal of legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Gulnara Kasymova, Head of the Department for territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government, touched upon the issue of implementation of the transferred state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, as well as execution of court decisions on non-property claims.
