Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin and Deputy Minister of Justice Nadezhda Ragozina took part in the meeting of the Council of Judges of the Republic of Tatarstan, which was held in the Supreme Court.
Rustem Zagidullin summarized the results of the Ministry's work in terms of material and technical, organizational, methodological and financial support of the activities of the magistrates of the Republic in 2023.
Every year within the framework of the state subprogram "Development of the Institute of World Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan" The Ministry carries out capital and current repairs in the buildings of judicial precincts of justices of the peace. In 2023, 6.2 million rubles were allocated for current repairs in the buildings and premises of judicial precincts of justices of the peace in 2023. These funds were used to carry out general construction repair works in 7 buildings of judicial precincts.
Separately, the Minister dwelled on electronic justice. "Previously, Tatarstan residents had to come to the court station of justices of the peace for several days to solve the issue. Now it is possible to make an appointment with a justice of the peace or submit documents remotely," Rustem Ildusovich said.
With the help of the Portal of Justices of the Peace of the Republic of Tatarstan citizens and legal entities have an opportunity to apply to justices of the peace electronically. For 11 months more than 80 thousand documents in digital format were received at the court sites.
Through the "Electronic Queue" service it is possible to sign up for the following services: familiarization with case materials, issuance of a judicial act and a judicial act with a mark of entry into legal force, obtaining a writ of execution or documents from the archive.
