Yelabuga completes the tour of the bus marathon «Tatarstan – Republic of Achievements» in the Nizhnekamsk zone. A panel discussion was held at the regional House of Culture with the participation of First Deputy Minister of Justice Ainur Galimov, Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Tatyana Larionova, Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Dinar Bariev, head of the Yelabuga district of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Nuriev.
Residents of the republic were told about the achievements of the country, the republic, and the districts. 97% of Tatarstan citizens use the Internet. One of the goals of the national Digital Economy project is the introduction of electronic services that simplify the interaction of citizens with government authorities. The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, through the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan», implements digital transformation projects in the field of world justice. One of the most significant projects is «Electronic Justice». Citizens and legal entities have the opportunity to apply to magistrates digitally. A service has been introduced on the portal of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan that allows you to file statements of claim, complaints, petitions and other procedural documents in electronic form. The service eliminates the need to visit court sites to submit documents, reduces time labor costs.
To submit documents online, you need to open a «Personal account» on the portal of magistrates; select «Submit a procedural document», the method of application and fill in the data; select the magistrate's site, type of proceedings and other data; select the type of electronic document and send it to the court.
