Meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues
Today, the Ministry of Justice held a meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues, at which the members of the working group discussed the following issues:
establishment of the procedure for registration and provision of living quarters for rehabilitated persons who lost their living quarters in connection with repression, upon their return to live in those areas and localities where they lived before the repression was applied to them;
draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On the implementation of state policy in the field of employment promotion in the Republic of Tatarstan»;
the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On amendments to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan».
Following the discussion, it was decided to send a draft law providing for amendments to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan for consideration by the expert council.
