Meeting on the organization of interaction between the administrative commissions of urban districts and the bailiff service
Under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov, a meeting was held on the interaction of the administrative commissions of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny with the bailiff service for the execution of administrative punishment orders.
The meeting was attended by Albert Ibyatullin, Head of the Department of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, employees of the department and heads of district departments of the bailiff service, Nail Biktagirov, head of the Department for Organizing the Activities of Administrative Commissions of the Executive Committee of Kazan, and heads of structural divisions responsible for this area, and Aizira Khamzina , Deputy of the administrative commission of Naberezhnye Chelny (in video communication mode).
The work of interdepartmental interaction between administrative commissions and bailiffs on problematic issues when initiating enforcement proceedings, collecting penalties was discussed, the procedure for organizing measures against malicious defaulters of fines was agreed upon and the amounts of uncollected fines were reconciled.
