Lawyers of the State Legal Bureau of Tatarstan helped the pensioner for free
A resident of the republic, a pensioner, applied to the State Legal Bureau of Tatarstan for free legal assistance on the issue of establishing the fact of ownership of the title document.
The woman explained that in the period from 1977 to 1989 she worked in a construction company, which has now been liquidated. The period of time spent working in this organization was not included in her total work experience, since errors were made in specifying her name in the archival certificates of the organization. These errors could only be eliminated in court.
«Based on the results of studying the documents and explanations of the applicant, an application was prepared to the court to establish the fact that the applicant owned archival certificates. According to the results of the consideration of the application, the requirements were fully satisfied», - said Rafael Giniatullov, Deputy Head of the State Legal Bureau.
Earlier, Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin drew attention to the fact that the State Bureau of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan does not have the right to provide paid legal services by law and today it is becoming the main provider of free legal services.
