The results of the application of the Codex system are considered

Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov held a meeting with republican executive authorities and local self-government bodies on the topic «The practice of applying AIS «Codex».

Thanks to the support of Rustam Minnikhanov, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Codex system has been used in the republic since 2018. The system has become an active assistant to public authorities in standard-setting activities.

With the use of AIS «Codex», 45 thousand regulatory legal acts of the republic or 80% of the number identified by the system have been brought into line with the legislation.

The head of the department of the Ministry, Raliya Garifullina, informed about the results of the work of local governments in the system for 3 months of this year. The heads of departments Elmira Slepneva and Natalia Kazantseva considered the issues of eliminating inconsistencies with legislation in the acts of the republican executive authorities.

The event was attended by the head of the project «Analyst of regional legislation» of JSC «Information Company «Codex» Alexander Starobinets, who conducted training for users on working in the system.

The meeting was also attended by Deputy Head of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Galyautdinov, Prosecutor of the Department № 1 for supervision of the legality of regulatory legal Acts of the Department for Supervision of the Execution of Federal Legislation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan Oscar Yuzlibayev, deputy heads of municipalities, representatives of legal services of republican executive authorities and local governments.

Following the results of the event, the responsible persons were given recommendations on the application of the Codex information system in rulemaking.
