Meeting of the Council of Judges of the Republic of Tatarstan

The meeting discussed issues of interaction with the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan; problems arising from the use of information technology in the organization of office work and legal proceedings, and also heard a summary of the practice of reviewing complaints (appeals) against the actions (inaction) of judges who entered the Qualification Board of Judges of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Council of Judges of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2023.

Speaking with the report, Nadezhda Ragozina reported on measures to ensure the safety and technical security of judicial precincts of magistrates of the republic. She noted that all buildings and premises of magistrates are equipped with video surveillance systems, access control, metal detectors, alarm buttons, which made it possible to prevent 178 cases of citizens bringing prohibited items to court sites in the 1st quarter of 2024.

Regarding electronic interaction with the bailiff service, Nadezhda Ragozina stressed that in 2023, the exchange of documents in electronic form is maximally established. So, to date, more than 190 thousand documents have been sent to the bailiff service in electronic form, of which 64,144 have been sent over the past period of this year.

The Ministry of Justice is also working to popularize this service by informing organizations that most often file lawsuits and applications for court orders on the operation of such a service.
