Employees of the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan celebrated the Day of physical culture with sporting achievements
Employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan joined large-scale sports events dedicated to the All-Russian physical culture day. The active day began with the implementation of the GTO standards at the site of the URAM extreme park and ended with participation in the traditional race «Night Kazan».
The morning program included a set of tests «Ready for labor and defense», within the framework of which the Ministry's specialists Gulfiya Nasyrova and Dilyara Bakirova passed the standards: pull-ups, long jump from a place, lifting the body from a supine position and a flexibility test. These events are held within the framework of the State Program «Development of physical culture and sports» of the National projects of Russia.
«We have been participating in the GTO standards for several years now, and each time the results are only improving. Sports are an important part of the life of our team», - the Ministry's specialists note.
The evening program of the sports day included the mass race «Night Kazan», where participants competed at distances of 5 and 10 kilometers. In total, more than 6 thousand people took part in the night marathon. Among them was the leading adviser of the Ministry Valeria Zaripova, who covered the distance of 10 kilometers in 53 minutes. «I have never run it so fast, - says Valeria. - I think the atmosphere of the competition and the unique views of night Kazan gave me additional strength».
